2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin

3 tablespoons of unsweetened coffee

2 cups of whipped cream

2 cups of whipped cream
1 Soak the gelatin in half a cup of cold water in a small saucepan for 5 minutes
Add the coffee and stir over low heat until the gelatin has dissolved
Remove from heat
2 Add the sugar and whisk well
Add the remaining water and mix well
Refrigerate until it thickens slightly
3 Fold in the whipped cream and mix carefully
Pour into a 20 cm diameter mold lightly greased with butter and refrigerate until firm
Unmold and serve.
