Pearce the mixture while keeping it warm until the gelatin dissolves
Remove from heat and stir in the yogurt and lime zest
2 Lightly grease a ring mold with a diameter of 24.5 cm with olive oil
Pour the mixture into the mold, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until firm
Cold brew
1 In a medium saucepan, bring the sugar and water to a boil, stirring constantly for about 5 minutes
Remove from heat and stir in the orange liqueur and yogurt
Let it cool, cover, and refrigerate
2 Unmold the gelatin onto a serving plate
Mix the strawberries with the cold brew
Serve with the gelatin.
