6 peeled and diced pineapples

Blend the pineapple with the water in a blender
Strain it, add half a cup of sugar and mix well
In a bowl, combine five cups of the pineapple mixture, add the gelatin and heavy cream, and mix until homogeneous
Pour into the mold and refrigerate until firm
Unmold and reserve
Mix the remaining pineapple and sugar, and use as a sauce when serving.
