Soak the gelatin in warm water, stirring until completely dissolved
Wash the strawberries well, mash them, and combine with the gelatin, sugar, lemon juice, and salt
Refrigerate
When firming up, mix in the whipped cream and place in a lightly greased mold
Refrigerate again for approximately 2-3 hours
When firm, unmold, shape into a flower using biscoito crumbs, and garnish with strawberries and their respective crowns
