1/3 cup of warm water
1/3 cup of fresh Minas cheese
1/4 cup of chicken broth tablette
1 tablespoon of unflavored and unsalted gelatin
1/2 teaspoon of salt
6 medium-sized, peeled, and seeded tomatoes
3 drops of pepper sauce
1 small bunch of radish
1 stalk of parsley cut into small pieces

In a pot, dissolve the chicken broth tablette in warm water and mix well

Sprinkle gelatin over the mixture and let it sit for five minutes
Then, place the pot over low heat and stir until the gelatin dissolves

In a processor, blend tomatoes, parsley, salt, pepper sauce, and gelatin until you get a smooth mixture
Pour the mixture into the molds and top with warm water

Cover the molds with plastic wrap and refrigerate for six hours or until firm
Cut the cheese into 1 cm cubes and serve with radish and cheese
If preferred, substitute the cheese with smoked salmon.
