1 In a pot, put the wine, lime juice, orange juice, passionfruit juice, sugar, and sorrel leaves
Bring to a boil
2 Let it cool and mix in the dissolved gelatin according to the package instructions
3 Distribute the fruits into individual cups and complete with the jell
Refrigerate until firm
Decorate with sorrel leaves.
