Blend in a blender the orange juice, strawberry puree, condensed milk, and dissolved gelatin according to the packaging instructions for 1 minute

Pour into a 22 cm diameter cake pan with a lightly oiled center hole

Chill the pudding in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours

In a saucepan, dissolve the cornstarch in orange juice
Mix the strawberry puree and sugar and bring to a simmer over low heat until the bathwater thickens
