2 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup of cold water
1 cup of chicken broth
3 cups of tomato juice
salt and pepper to taste
chopped onion to taste

Sprinkle the gelatin on top of the water
Heat the broth
Add the gelatin
Stir until it dissolves
Add the tomato juice and season to taste
Chill in the refrigerator until firm
To serve, break with a fork and serve in bowls
