Place all ingredients in a large pot and heat it over medium heat, stirring only until the sugar dissolves
Let it boil, then reduce the heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until removing some with a wooden spoon causes the jelly to fall from the spoon in two separate drops
Remove from heat and pour into a glass jar
Cool for 10 minutes
