Peel the bananas and cook them with a little water
Once they're well cooked, blend them in a blender or strain them through a sieve
Add the sugar, lemon juice, and a little water
Bring to a simmer and let it thicken
If the heat is too high, the pudding will set faster, but don't let it get that lovely orange color.
