Grapefruit Gelatin

Grapefruit Gelatin

  • 1

Pit some grapefruits and cook them with the peels in a small amount of water, until they become very soft (you can also use the peels to make grapefruit candies). Strain everything through a fine-mesh sieve, resulting in a transparent liquid. Combine two cups of grapefruit liquid and heat it over low flame, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon until it reaches the gelatin point. Let it cool and serve in glasses or cups.
