Citrus fruits and pineapple should be washed, seeds removed, and the fruit passed through a meat grinder
Then it's ready for use
Measure out the fruit, and for every 1/2 kg of fruit, add 1 liter of water
Let the mixture boil and cook slowly for 1 hour
Set aside for 20 minutes
Pineapple should be peeled and the hard part removed
Grate the remaining fruit
