Blend the mangos in a blender with 1 liter of water
Cook
In a saucepan, combine the mango puree with the remaining ingredients and mix well
Simmer the saucepan over low heat for 5 to 7 hours until the mixture reaches the consistency of a compote
Let it cool and set before serving.
