Pit the oranges and then remove half of this weight in oranges. Wash the oranges well, remove the seeds and squeeze them to extract all the juice. After squeezing, grind the oranges in a meat grinder and add the juice. Then, add the pulp of the orange peel cut into small pieces. Bring everything to a boil and add an amount of sugar equal to that of the orange (e.g., 1/2 cup of orange and 1/2 cup of sugar). Let it simmer again for 15 to 20 minutes. Store in jars or compoteer.
