Cut the skin off 6 firm mangoes and place them in a pot with 4 cups of water and 1 lime's juice. Bring to a boil. Cook, stirring frequently, until the mangoes are soft (about 15 minutes). Add 6 cups of sugar and cook, stirring frequently, until the pudding thickens (about 45 minutes, approximately). Pour into sterilized glass jars while still warm and seal tightly. Fill 7 jars with 250g each.
