2 kg of mashed strawberries
6 tablespoons of cornstarch
2 kg of mashed strawberries
6 tablespoons of cornstarch
Mix the strawberries with the cornstarch, bring to a low boil and simmer until the cornstarch dissolves
Cook at high heat until thickened, stirring frequently to prevent scorching on the bottom of the pan
Pour still warm into sterilized and preheated jars, leaving 6 mm of headspace
Close tightly and cook in a water bath for 15 minutes
Fill 5 jars with 250g each
