In a pot, combine the strawberries and sugar over high heat and bring to a boil
Reduce the heat and cook until the jelly reaches the desired consistency, removing any foam that forms
Turn off the heat, let it cool slightly, and pour into sterilized jars
Serve the jelly chilled or at room temperature.
