Heat the butter and onion in a pressure cooker, covered, for 5 minutes, starting from when it reaches pressure
Let the pressure release and open the lid
Add the beef, bell peppers, paprika, and salt
Cover again and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour, counting from when it starts boiling
Remove from heat, let the pressure release, and then open the lid
Check if the meat is tender, and serve hot.
