Preheat a 1.5 liter capacity heatproof container and melt the butter, garlic, and onion
Place in the oven at high temperature for 3-5 minutes or until the onions are soft
In a large heatproof bowl, mix together the pork with the wheat flour
Add the onions and cover to cook at high temperature for 10 minutes or until the pork loses its pink color, stirring after 5 minutes
Add the remaining ingredients, cover again, and cook at high temperature for 7-10 minutes or until boiling
Reduce heat to medium and cook for an additional 20 minutes, stirring three times
