In a medium bowl, mix the lemon juice, water, and sugar
Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved
Pour into ice cube trays and place in the freezer until frozen solid
When serving, place the frozen lemon cubes in a blender and pulse until crushed to a slushy consistency
Be careful not to over-process
Spoon into individual servings and garnish with hortelã leaves
Serve immediately.
