4 cups diced watermelon (760g)
4 tablespoons lime juice
4 tablespoons tequila
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon orange liqueur (Cointreau or Grand Marnier)

In a processor, blend all the ingredients until smooth
Transfer to a small baking dish, cover with plastic wrap and let freeze for about 3 hours
Remove and, with a knife, break the granita into smaller pieces
Beat in a blender until smooth
Place back in the baking dish, cover and let freeze for about 1 hour and 30 minutes
Repeat the process
Take out of the freezer and scrape quickly with a spoon
Distribute among 6 plates and serve immediately.
