2 cups of marinated gray shrimp
2 cups of peeled and cubed potatoes
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 cup of olive oil
1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon of chopped coriander
1 teaspoon of lime juice
1 cup of shredded coconut (80g)
2 tablespoons of turmeric powder (6g)
1/2 teaspoon of salt
black pepper to taste

Cook the gray shrimp and drain
Boil the potatoes and drain
While that's cooking, fry the garlic in olive oil until golden brown
Add the remaining ingredients, including the gray shrimp and potatoes, and stir well
Serve hot with rice
