Sear the onion and garlic in hot olive oil
Add the cubed meat
and let it brown well
Remove from the pan and reserve warm
In the same pan, add the cabbage and stir for a minute
Return the meat to the pan and season with salt and black pepper
Sprinkle with thyme
and serve immediately.
