In a bowl, mix the ground beef, parsley, salt, and black pepper
Add the egg and bread crumbs
Shape into 6 burgers
Melt the butter or margarine in a frying pan over high heat
Quickly cook the burgers on both sides
Reduce heat and continue cooking until desired level of doneness
Serve hot, garnished with parsley leaves
Make 6 burgers.
