Place the hamburgers in a non-stick skillet about 25 cm in diameter
Fry for 7 minutes on each side over low heat, turning once
Remove from the skillet, cover and keep warm
Increase the heat
Add the oil and onion and stir until the onion is soft
When the onion is transparent, add the remaining ingredients
Reduce the heat, cover, and cook for another 7 minutes
Serve the sauce over the hamburger
