4 thick slices cheddar cheese
4 hamburger buns with sesame seeds

Season the beef with salt and black pepper
Divide it into four parts and shape into patties
Baste each burger with 1 tablespoon olive oil
Fry them on a grill, at high heat, for 7 minutes on one side and 1 minute on the other side
Place a slice of cheese on top of each burger and let it melt for an additional 4 minutes, at medium heat
Toast the buns and spread butter on the inside
Assemble each sandwich with 1 burger and 2 slices red onion
Serve with ketchup and mustard
Garnish with salsa
