In a processor, blend all ingredients until smooth
Divide the mixture into four portions
On a lightly oiled surface, shape each portion into a hamburger patty using an 8cm diameter cookie cutter
Heat a grill to high heat
Brush it lightly with oil and reduce the heat to medium
Fry two hamburger patties at a time until well browned (about 2 minutes per side)
Place on a platter and serve immediately
