2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup of chopped fresh parsley (see recipe below)
2 slices of bread, crumbled
1/3 cup of skimmed milk
1/4 cup of finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon of mustard in powder form
to taste salt
350g cooked and shredded prosciutto
FOR COVERTURE:
3/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley (see recipe below)
1 pinch of powdered mustard
1 medium-sized apple, cored and cut into 6 slices
chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Mix the beaten eggs, parsley, and bread crumbs in a bowl
Add the skimmed milk, onion, mustard, and salt
Mix well
Add the prosciutto and ground beef
Mix until combined
Form 6 burgers
Place them on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven (170°C) for 20 minutes
Flip the burgers using a spatula and bake for another 20 minutes or until cooked through
While this is cooking, prepare the topping
Melt the butter and parsley mixture in a pan until it bubbles
Add the apple slices and cook until tender
To serve, place a slice of apple on top of each burger and cover with some of the butter and parsley mixture
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired
Serve 6 portions.
