Mix the onion with the ground beef, salt, and pepper
Spread over 5 slices of bread
Top with the remaining bread slices
Once that's done, melt the butter or margarine in a large frying pan
Beat the eggs with the milk
Dip the sandwiches in this mixture and fry slowly in the butter or margarine until they're golden brown on both sides and also at the edges
