Shape into fine burgers
Place a slice of ham, two slices of mozzarella and a tomato slice on each one, leaving the edges free
Season with oregano
Place another burger on top, so that they are united at the edges
Dip in beaten egg coated in pancake flour and fry in hot oil
Serve immediately, accompanied by salad.
