1 defumado turkey breast slice

Mix the beetroot, scallion, and yogurt until a homogeneous paste forms
Cut the whole wheat bread in half and spread the beetroot and scallion mixture on one of the halves
Cut the Minas cheese into a circular shape, slightly smaller than the bread slice, and proceed with the same process for the defumado turkey breast slice, but slightly smaller again
Place the cheese slice on top of the salad and the turkey breast slice on top of the cheese
Close the sandwich with the other half of the whole wheat bread, cut into a triangular shape.
