Chop the walnuts or hazelnuts coarsely
Toast them quickly in a non-stick pan without oil
Remove from the pan
Melt the butter in the pan and toast the oats for a few minutes
Mix the yogurt with the honey
Mix the chopped nuts, oats, and cinnamon
Sprinkle over the yogurt
