200 g of Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 egg, beaten
100 g of mozzarella cheese, sliced
Salt, oregano, and parsley to taste
Oil for frying
200 g of Parmesan cheese, grated

Cut the Parmesan chicken into thin slices and season with salt, onion, and parsley
Dip the slices in all-purpose flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs
Heat the oil and fry the slices until golden brown
Arrange them on a greased baking dish and spoon over the tomato sauce
Top with mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with oregano
Bake until the cheese is melted and serve immediately.
