Mixed Pastry Dough
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt
Filling
1 cup chopped salami
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons dry white wine
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
400g ground beef
To taste: salt, black pepper, and paprika

Mixed Pastry Dough
Combine flour, yeast, and salt
Add butter and mix until crumbly
Gradually add milk and knead until smooth
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes
Filling
Heat olive oil in a medium pan over medium heat
Add salami, carrot, onion, and bell pepper
Cook until tender, stirring occasionally
Add ground beef and cook until browned, stirring occasionally
Add wine and let it simmer
Mix egg, milk, flour, Parmesan cheese, salsa, salt, and black pepper
Add to meat mixture and mix well
Assembling
Heat oven to high temperature
Roll out pastry dough with your hands directly in the mold
Filling
With remaining dough, make strips of 0.5cm width and place over filling, forming a grid
Bake until golden brown, unmold, and serve.
