1 can of canned tuna

1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 cup of light cream cheese
1 cup (American) of water
Salt, parsley and black pepper to taste

Chop the garlic and onion into small pieces and set aside
Cut the canned tuna into fine strips and set aside separately
Heat the olive oil in a pan
Add the garlic and onion and cook until the onion is translucent
Add the canned tuna, cream cheese and water, stir well and season with salt and black pepper
Cook for another minute on low heat and remove from heat
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and let it cool
Serve with green salad.
