6 medium lobster tails
1/2 cup of butter
1 tablespoon of fresh parsley or thyme, chopped
Salt to taste

Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise
Remove the guts and place the lobster in a baking dish
In a small pan, melt the butter with the parsley and spoon it over the lobster
Season with salt
Bake in a moderate oven (350°F), preheated, for 20 minutes or until the meat easily flakes away from the shell
Serve immediately
