1 package of lasagna noodles
3 tablespoons (2 1/4 teaspoons) of olive oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tomatoes, peeled and seeded, cut into cubes
300g spicy Italian sausage, peeled and cut into cubes
3 cups tomato paste
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 package of lasagna noodles

Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions
In a pan, heat the olive oil, sauté the onion and garlic until golden brown
Add the tomatoes, sausage, and cook for 5 minutes
Join the tomato paste, salt, pepper, and simmer for another 20 minutes over low heat
Let it cool slightly, then blend lightly with an immersion blender to achieve a thick sauce with chunky sausage pieces
In a serving dish, stack lasagna noodles and sauce until all ingredients are used up
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes
Decorate as desired and serve.
