Preheat the oven
Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil
Add the tomato puree, pasta sauce, parsley, basil, salt, and pepper
Simmer for 1 hour
Cook the lasagna noodles in boiling water with 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Assemble the lasagna by layering cooked noodles, sliced mozzarella cheese, sour cream, pasta sauce, and grated Parmesan cheese
Finish with a layer of pasta sauce and Parmesan cheese
Bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes
Cut into squares to serve
