2 cups of cut vagem into 0.5 cm pieces (250g)

Preheat the oven to 250°C (very hot)
Cut two rectangles of parchment paper or aluminum foil, 50 cm x 70 cm each and place them on top of each other
Set aside
In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients together
Maintain the papers overlying, prepare the pack
Place the mixture, close the pack and put it in a baking dish
Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes
Serve immediately in the same pack

Two ways to fold and cut the parchment paper or aluminum foil:
1) Fold the rectangle of paper in half and cut it into a heart shape
Place the food on one half and fold the other half over it
Closer the pack at the edge and bake in the oven
After baking, make a cut in X shape at the top of the pack and open it by pushing the points away
2) Fold the square paper into two to form a triangle
Place the food on one half and fold the other half over it

After baking, make a cut in Y shape at the top of the pack and open it by pushing the points away.
