2 medium carrots, cut into strips
2 cups of cabbage, cut into 2.5 cm pieces
2 cups of cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tablespoons of cold water
1 and 1/2 tablespoons of cornstarch
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
to taste
2 tablespoons of oil
1 medium onion, cut into fine rings
1 cup of zucchini, cut into slices

Cook the carrots and cabbage in salted water, covered, for 3 minutes
Add the cauliflower
Cover and cook for an additional 2 minutes
Drain well
Mix the cornstarch with cold water in a small bowl
Add the soy sauce to taste. Reserve
Heat the oil in a large frying pan
Add the onion and fry for 1 minute
Add the carrot, cabbage, cauliflower, and zucchini
Fry for 2 minutes or until the beans are tender
Add the soy sauce mixture and cook stirring until it boils
Serve immediately
