1 package of spaghetti (500g)

2 cups of grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup of pine nuts or walnuts, chopped
salt and black pepper to taste

Cook the spaghetti "al dente"
Mash the garlic well with a mortar and pestle, along with the washed and dried basil leaves, to obtain a paste
Combine with half of the Parmesan cheese, mixing carefully with a fork
Add the olive oil gradually
Set aside
Still with the mortar and pestle, lightly mash the pine nuts or walnuts
Add to the reserved sauce
Season to taste with salt and black pepper and mix with the drained spaghetti
Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese
Serves 6 people.
