250 g of linguine pasta
Sauce
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup chopped green olives
1/4 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/2 teaspoon paprika sauce
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 ripe papaya, seeded and cubed
250 g of linguine pasta
Sauce
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup chopped green olives
1/4 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/2 teaspoon paprika sauce
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 ripe papaya, seeded and cubed
In a large pot, bring 3 liters of water to a boil, cover, and let it simmer
Add 1 tablespoon of salt and let it simmer again
Add the linguine pasta in one go, stir, and cook until al dente
Sauce
Over high heat, sauté the onion in olive oil, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes or until golden brown
Reduce heat, add papaya and green olives, stir, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes or until the papaya is tender
Add the white wine and cook for an additional 2 minutes
Remove and blend in a blender until smooth
Return to medium heat for 1 minute
Add the paprika sauce, green onion, and Parmesan cheese
Stir well and remove from heat
Drain the pasta
Place in a serving dish, cover with the sauce, and serve immediately.
