1 kg of pork loin, cut into 3-4 cm cubes

3 tablespoons of vinegar
1 tablespoon of beef extract
1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons of curry powder
2 tablespoons of salt
2 crushed garlic cloves
a few drops of pepper sauce
1 can of mushrooms or 200g of large mushrooms

Place the pork loin cubes in a bowl
Mix together the barbecue sauce, vinegar, beef extract, onion, curry powder, salt, garlic, and pepper sauce
Drizzle over the pork pieces
Add the mushrooms
Refrigerate for a night
Alternate pork and mushroom chunks on skewers
Reserve some of the barbecue sauce for basting
Grill the skewers, turning frequently and basting with the reserved barbecue sauce
Serve in 4 servings.
