Blend all the ingredients except for the meat in a blender

Place the pork loin in a refrigerator, make several holes in it with a fork and baste it with the glaze

Roast in medium heat for 30 minutes or until it's very tender and dry, flipping halfway through

Check the seasoning and add more salt if needed

Wait for five minutes before removing from the oven
