1/2 pound of blackberries without pits
1 cup of water
6 pecans
1 pork chop of 2 pounds
salt and pepper to taste
Sauce:
3 tablespoons of pork broth
2 tablespoons of wheat flour
1 cup of meat or chicken broth
pepper sauce to taste
1/4 cup of warm milk

Place the blackberries in a pot with water and let it come to a boil
Remove from heat and let it sit for 5 minutes
Remove seeds from pecans and cut them into thin slices
Add to the pot along with the blackberries
Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and a little lemon juice
Place in a greased baking dish
Cover with some small pieces of butter
Top with the mixture of pecans and blackberries
Bake in a moderate oven until the meat is tender
If it gets too dry, add small amounts of hot water
About 15 minutes before the pork chops are done, prepare the sauce by removing 3 tablespoons of broth from the pork chop baking dish
Combine with remaining ingredients and cook slowly, stirring until thickened
