black pepper to taste
2 cups cooked pears, pureed and strained

cinnamon and cloves to taste

Preheat the oven
Mix together the wheat flour and seasonings
Rub it on the pork chops
Grease a baking dish and place the pork chops in it
Bake for about an hour, greasing occasionally as needed
Mix together the pears and spices and spread over the pork chops
Place in the oven until the meat is tender, basting frequently.
