In a pan, heat the olive oil, add the onion and fry slightly
Add the meat and brown quickly
(If necessary, add a little more olive oil)
Add the mushrooms, cover and cook for 20 to 30 minutes or until the meat is tender and the mushrooms have transformed into a thick paste
Remove from heat
season to taste and let cool
Serve warm
For freezing - seal hermetically and place in freezer
For defrosting and serving - heat in pan, low heat, and if necessary, add a little water
Add the yogurt
Serve well warmed
