Preheat the oven
Mix together the wheat flour, seasonings, and spices
Rub the mixture onto the pork loin
Grease the baking dish and place the pork loin in it
Bake for about an hour or until needed, basting occasionally
Mix together the peach puree, sugar, cinnamon, and ground cloves, and spread over the meat
Place the pork loin back in the oven and bake until the meat is tender, basting frequently
Serves 6 to 8 people.
