In a medium bowl, season the pork loin with salt, thyme, oregano, and paprika. Reserve
Preheat a 26cm diameter microwave-safe dish
Mix together olive oil, onion, and garlic; cover and microwave on medium for 6 minutes or until the onion is soft, stirring halfway through
Add the reserved pork loin, mix well, and cover
Microwave on high for 10 minutes or until the meat is tender, stirring every 3 minutes
Add beef broth, cabbage, and green beans; mix well
Cover and microwave on high for 4 minutes or until the vegetables are tender
