1 chopped onion

800g of cleaned small squid

Mix the onion with garlic, anchovies, and bacon
Add parsley, breadcrumbs, and wine; mix well
Season to taste

Stuff the squid with the mixture and close with skewers
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat until hot
Fry the stuffed squid until golden brown
Remove from heat and drain on paper towels
Serve immediately.
